15 Sumo DL high pulls (55lbs)
15 Knees to elbows

When Dave and Lee were explaining the WOD, I didn't think it was going to be that tough...boy, was I wrong! Each round was harder than the last and by the end, I was whooped! Thanks to Lee's encouragement- I made it under ten minutes!!
