Okay...so I am laughing at the title to this post because if someone does not know what a snatch is in CrossFit then I sound like a complete pervert! This is one of the few things I've been complimented on for form. Compliments from the CF "dictator" are few and far between so I am going to milk it!

15 low hang snatch squat (55 lbs)
